2017 VDF ‘La Chausée Rouge’

Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Grolleau, from vines with an average age of 40 years, grown on schist. 8-day whole bunch carbonic maceration in tank, with the juice being drawn out daily. Aged in tank. Bottled in March 2018 with a tiny amount of SO2.
