Aligoté from multiple plots in Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, Pommard, Couchois and a new plot in Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. Various mix of clay and limestone soils in all parcels. The 2022 was aged for 7 months – only in tank in 2022, to preserve its freshness. Not fined or filtered. 10ppm SO2 before bottling. 11.5% alc.
